Recently, Jiangling Motors Corporation, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “JMC” or the“Company”) received government incentives of RMB 250 million appropriated byNanchang Xiaolan Economic and Technological Development Zone. The aforesaidgovernment incentives are related to the Company's routine operating activities, butare unsustainable. In accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Standardsfor Business Enterprises No.16 - Government Incentives, the aforesaid governmentincentives are related to income and will be recorded into the profits and losses of theCompany in the third quarter of 2022.
