Message from the President

The year 2022 was crucial for the implementationof the 14th Five-Year Plan, and was also the yearwitnessing the successful convening of the 20thNational Congress of Communist Party of China(“CPC”). As a listed company, Beijing UnitedInformation Technology bravely undertook themission to promote the development of industrialdigitalization in line with its own platformadvantages, stived to create value for shareholders,the environment, customers, partners, employees,the society, and other stakeholders, and facilitatedthe high-quality and sustainable economic and socialdevelopment.Over the past year, we upheld fundamental principlesand broke new ground, fully unleashed dynamism fordevelopment and tried the best to move the industryup the value chain.Beijing United Information Technology continuouslyimproved corporate governance, constantly establishedand rened ESG management systems, and integratedESG concept into its long-term development strategies,striving to achieve in-depth integration of sustainabledevelopment and business operations. Taking industrial e-commerce as the foundation, andindustrial big data and industrial digitalization as the supporting pillars, the Company provides online commodity trading of industrial products and raw materials, businessinformation services, and digital technology services for related industry customers. The e?cient synergy among various main businesses of the Company has e?ectively realizedtra?c increase, customer switching, and technology sharing.Main Business Segments

Ibicn.com provides business information servicesincluding business opportunities, marketing andpromotion, convention and exhibition activities,industrial information and data products, andindustrial advertising for corporate customers invarious industries. The business of the Ibicn.comcovers more than 100 industrial elds, with 2.9006million of registered member enterprises, adatabase of more than 10 million pieces of yellowpages, as well as 110 million pieces of biddingand project information.

Through the eight major platforms ofToodudu.com, Wdoodoo.com, Boododo.com, Zdoodoo.com, Feidoodoo.com,Lydodo.com, Xdoodoo.com and Yidoodoo.com, the Company provides onlinecommodity trading services for upstreamand downstream customers along theindustry chain, including independente-commerce, third-party e-commerce, andSaaS services. By the end of 2022, thoseeight platforms had 691,200 corporateusers cumulatively, as well as 76,200monthly active users and about 19,200stock keeping units (“SKUs”).

The Company hasearnestly implemented the requirements of the Articles of Association, rened the information disclosure systems in line withthe principles of timely, accurate, complete, fair and strict disclosure, and improved the quality of information disclosure. In2022, the Company disclosed 96 announcements in total.Beijing United Information Technology has attached great importance to the management of investor relations. The Companyhas continued to strengthen its interactive communication with investors by, among others, integrating the release ofinformation required by investors, holding analyst briengs and roadshows, receiving inquiries from analysts, investors andthe media, and receiving visits from investors. In order to comprehensively implement the concept of sustainable development and further enhance ESG management, Beijing United Information Technology has constantlyimproved the ESG management structure.

Beijing United Information Technology attaches great importance to ESG management. The Company has formulated theRegulation on Emission Management and set up special departmentto plan and arrange the emission management work as a whole. Through the functions of measurement optimization and upgrading, energy data collection,energy balance statistics, and optimized energy utilization, the Company has helped the cooperative cloud factoriesrealize digital transformation and gradually reduce their comprehensive carbon emissions. By “digital technology +digital factory” pattern, the Company has helped over ten enterprises in titanium industry chain improve productione?ciency by 15-30 percent, lower equipment downtime by 30-50 percent, and reduce energy consumption by 5-10percent, contributing to low-carbon transformation of the industry.

In 2022, Beijing United Information Technology carried out a series of digital transformation in production,management, quality inspection, and energy consumption for a large-scale titanium tetrachloride manufacturer,optimized and upgraded the supply chain management for the manufacturer, released its storage pressure,reduced the occupation of funds, and accomplished e?cient utilization of the logistics, business ow, informationow in its supply chain. After the transformation project, the manufacturer achieved 57.14 percent improvementin production capacity, 9.33 percent reduction in operation costs, and 16.67 percent reduction in energyconsumption costs, realizing signicant improvement in its energy conservation, consumption reduction, and greentransformation levels.

Beijing United Information Technology has attachedgreat importance to the environment of supply chainand the management of social risks. During the processof supplier onboarding and cooperation, the Companyhas paid attention to suppliers’ environment and socialrisks and taken them into consideration. The Companyhas also actively promoted green procurement, greenpackaging, and green transport, and passed on thevalue of sustainable development to its suppliers. As forprocurement, the Company has given priority to productswhich can satisfy specific environmental protectionrequirements in full product life cycle and are harmlessto the environment or only leave minor impact with highresource utilization rate and low energy consumption,driving the improvement in suppliers’ environmentalbehaviors.

In November 2022, Sun Lianying, chairman ofChina National Coatings Industry Association(“NCIA”), Yang Qingjiu, Party Secretary ofPuyang City, central China’s Henan Province,and Liu Zhai, board member of Beijing UnitedInformation Technology and CEO of Toodudu.com, jointly launched the Asia-Pacific NewMaterial Transaction Platform at the Asia-Pacific International Coatings IndustryDevelopment Conference. The platform takesthe opportunity of transaction digitizationand supply chain digitization to enablecost reduction and efficiency improvementfor coatings enterprises and raw materialenterprises, committing to constructinga green supply chain system of China’scoatings industry. Beijing United Information Technology has given full play to its e-commerce platform advantages to take root inreal economy, o?ered higher-quality experience to users, and provided higher-e?cient platforms for enterprises along the industry chain, taking more social responsibilities viadigital technology and creating more value for the society.

Leveraging the online activities, Beijing United Information Technology has continuedto promote the construction of platform-based transaction service functions. Takingintegrated purchase and bill-sharing group purchase as the principal line, theCompany has carried out live streaming e-commerce and competitive auctions inmonthly, annual, and special activities. The Duoduo 10/10 E-Commerce Festivalof the Company has been held for seven consecutive years, providing affordablepurchase for users and inspiring their consumption.

The 7th Duoduo 10/10 E-CommerceFestival was officially started onSeptember 13, 2022. This festivalhad eight duoduo platforms operating40 major categories of products ofover 10 industry chains participatingin the activities. On the starting day,all the platforms arranged specialsections to post great discountpolicies to motivate the users toactively participate. By 21:10 onOctober 10, the total order volume ofthe festival had reached RMB17.228billion with an increase rate of 90.21percent on a year-on-year basis,renewing the daily order record ofduoduo platforms again.

In August 2022, Luo Lianfeng, Party Secretary of Xiantao City, central China’sHubei Province, and his delegation visited the Xiantao Zhongxing Electronic 5GIndustrial Internet Smart Factory Project, and spoke highly of the implementationof the project. Now, Xiantao Zhongxing Electronic Materials Co. has realized wholeprocess automation in logistics, with energy consumption for production reducingby 16.67 percent, maintenance time shortening by half, and production capacityimproving by 57.14 percent.

We are based on the current circumstances to steersthe course to the future. Now we are in a period inwhich the innovative development of the Internet andthe new industrial revolution converge. The sectionof “Construction of New Types of Infrastructure” inthe Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025)for National Economic and Social Developmentand Vision 2035 of the People’s Republic of Chinamentioned that China will dynamically and stablydevelop the industrial Internet. The report to the 20thCPC National Congress put forward that China willmove faster to boost its strength in cyberspace anddigital development. In the era of digital economy,the industrial Internet has taken over from theconsumer Internet to become the fundamental drivingforce for the development of emerging economy,and is increasingly becoming the key support forthe new industrial revolution. As China enters anew development stage, Beijing United InformationTechnology, as an enterprise in the eld of industrialInternet, will serve the overall development of the

country, seize the new development opportunities,implement the new development philosophy, andconstantly expand the depth and breadth of theintegrated application of industrial Internet, injectingvitality into the digital transformation of variousindustries.We are now marching in condent strides toward thefuture and stiving to write a new chapter with strongdetermination and concerted e?orts.
