Deep in the Yimeng Mountains of Yishui County, Shandong Province, approximately a 1.5-hour drivefrom the nearest high-speed railway station in Linyi City, the entire county's medical institutionsare tasked with serving approximately 1.1 million residents. Among them, Yishui County People'sHospital, as the core unit of the local medical system, bears significant roles and responsibilities. To alleviate the strained medical resources, we have assisted Yishui County People's Hospital inestablishing a smart hospital through three major aspects: regional collaboration, specializedcapacity building, and clinical cooperation and research services. This initiative, implementedthrough empowerment at single points, connection of multiple points into lines, extension fromlines to surfaces, and aggregation into a comprehensive framework, commenced operationofficially in March 2023. On one hand, we have achieved online and offline smart intelligencethrough technologies such as artificial intelligence-assisted diagnosis and 5G smart mobile imaging. On the other hand, leveraging advanced diagnostic and treatment equipment, combined withinformation technology, artificial intelligence, and deep data mining, we promote precise diagnosisand treatment of regional tumors and enhance research capabilities, thus realizing the prevention, screening, and diagnosis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, as well as the diagnosisand treatment of numerous degenerative diseases.Ren Songfeng, President of Yishui County People's Hospital, stated that the introduction of UnitedImaging Healthcare's full range of equipment has played a crucial role in the hospital's development. Moreover, United Imaging Healthcare has established its entire northern maintenance, repair, and distribution center in Yishui County. With such extensive cooperation, it is hoped that therewill be more opportunities for collaboration among industry, academia, research, and healthcare, ultimately elevating the hospital to become a top-tier comprehensive medical institution in the city.

In the county-level city of Macheng, Hubei Province, situated at the intersection of Hubei, Henan, and Anhui provinces, and just a 30-minute high-speed train ride from Wuhan. Previously, residentsoften sought medical treatment at major hospitals in Wuhan. However, with the leadership of theMacheng People's Hospital, over 90% of healthcare needs are now being met locally.United Imaging Healthcare has played a crucial role in this transformation by assisting MachengPeople's Hospital in introducing a range of advanced diagnostic and treatment equipment as wellas AI applications. This has laid a solid foundation for precise clinical diagnosis and treatment, whilealso helping the hospital attract top-tier talent and connect with leading experts nationwide forresearch and exchange, thereby guiding the hospital's development and enhancing its services.Furthermore, in collaboration with Macheng People's Hospital, United Imaging Healthcare hasestablished the 'Macheng City Regional Medical Consortium Integrated Collaborative Platform.'Within this medical consortium, a seamless referral system has been implemented, enabling mutualrecognition of diagnoses between primary care centers and county-level hospitals. This ensurescontinuous patient care and follow-up without interruption.According to Teng Gang, Director of the CT Department at Macheng People's Hospital, 'Somehealthcare centers have CT equipment but lack the corresponding expertise for diagnosis. Throughremote platforms, we can swiftly extend our capabilities to these centers, effectively addressing thisissue. Currently, we receive over 60 diagnostic requests daily from subordinate township healthcarecenters.' He further emphasized a recent case where timely diagnosis through remote CT imagingat a local healthcare center prevented a delay in treatment for a 70-year-old woman suffering fromperitonitis caused by intestinal perforation, highlighting the critical importance of such remotediagnostic capabilities in improving patient outcomes.

PromotingGreater MedicalEquality acrossthe Globe

The uneven distribution of medical resources andthe urgent need for improved accessibility aresignificant challenges faced by countries globally.Even in developed nations, where per capita medicalresources are relatively abundant, there are stillpatients within these regions who cannot access timelyand adequate medical care. Additionally, the journeytowards inclusive and equitable medical servicesremains lengthy for diverse patient groups differingin race, beliefs, and physical attributes. Therefore,United Imaging Healthcare's mission of 'To Bring EqualHealthcare for All' aims not only to assist developingcountries but also to reduce medical inequalitiesamong different regions and patient groups withindeveloped countries.

Even in the U.S., the world's healthcare powerhouse, there are still a large number of oncologypatients in the western part of the country who have difficulty accessing convenient healthcareresources. Sometimes they even need to travel nearly six hours to the nearest city to find medicalcare. Rural hospitals in the U.S. have been closing at an accelerated rate, especially after thelatest round of global pandemic infectious diseases. For North Dakota, the nation's least denselypopulated state, if one of these medical centers were to close, there would be no hospitals within10 or so kilometers of it.The arrival of mobile digital PET/CT has dramatically changed the landscape of oncologydiagnostics, with one mobile vehicle traveling to different communities each day and capableof scanning up to 22 patients a day, which was previously unimaginable. The mobile digital PET/CT solution is an innovative result of the deep integration between United Imaging Healthcare'sU.S. subsidiary and Shared Medical Services (SMS) in the United States. The digital mobile PET/CTsolution jointly created by the two parties can not only flexibly and quickly reach remote areas suchas communities and townships, but also play an important role in the diagnosis and treatmentof oncology, neurology, cardiovascular, and infectious diseases, etc., especially in the diagnosis ofoncology, which will greatly improve the level of tumor localization and characterization, the searchfor the primary foci, the staging of tumors, and the evaluation of the effect of radiotherapy, and willpush forward the realization of the U.S. rural healthcare. Case: One Scan for Tumor Children to Generate Highly

Accurate Test Reports without Limiting Mobility

In the last decade, the incidence of childhood tumors has shown an average annual increase of 2.5%,making it the second leading cause of death in children. Children's tumors are complex, diverse andcritical, and the rate of tumor growth and proliferation is generally higher than that of adults. Asfar as malignant tumors are concerned, the characteristics of tumors in children are not simply ascaled-down version of those in adults, and the diagnosis needs to be more meticulous and careful, and sometimes even face more complicated management. In early 2023, a 6-year-old child with a tumor came to Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center becauseof a suspected tumor mass. The child with the tumor was young and allergic to sedation, and theeffects of the disease had caused him to move around unconsciously, and every previous scan hadfailed to meet the clinical diagnostic criteria. In order to solve the problem of "fidgeting" in the scanning of a child with tumor, the team of SunYat-sen University Cancer Center used the Total-Body PET-CT uEXPLORER equipment with ultra-high sensitivity performance of United Imaging Healthcare to try to reconstruct the original data ofthe child without "fidgeting". This time, the medical team still obtain a clear PET tumor diagnosticimage when the child involuntarily changed from supine to right side, which successfully solved theproblem of involuntary movement of the child during scanning and avoided repeated scanning, which greatly improved the diagnostic and therapeutic effect of the child with tumor.

TACE treatment for cancer typically involves catheters from thefemoral artery at the root of the thigh, and patients need torest in bed for a period of time before resuming their activitiesafter the operation, which to a certain extent restricts their freeactivities. At the end of 2022, under the promotion of the keyR&D project of the Ministry of Science and Technology's '13thFive-Year Plan' for digital diagnostic and therapeutic equipmentdevelopment, the world's first smart bionic minimally invasiveintervention system was launched. This innovation filled agap in China's high-end, low-dosage interventional sector andsuccessfully addressed the issue of postoperative mobilityrestrictions for patients. It represents a significant advancementin medical technology, offering patients battling cancer moreprecise and cutting-edge support.

Case: The Small 'Window' Shinesa Light on Liver Cancer Cure

In May 2023, a cervical cancer patient came to Peking UnionMedical College Hospital, where the medical team utilizedsurgical ovarian suspension surgery with radiotherapy topreserve her fertility function.Considering the strong need of young women with cervicalcancer to preserve their fertility, the radiotherapy physicistsneeded to obtain the patient's true imaging status on a dailybasis, assess the location of the patient's ovaries and irradiationtargets, and customize the plan for the patient. The hospitalchose the United Imaging Healthcare ART Online AdaptiveTechnology to more accurately target the lesion and minimizethe negative effect on patients.

Case: At 29 Years Old, She FightsAgainst Cervical Cancer

The patient underwent a total of 28 external radiationtreatments, 23 of which were delivered with ART. In additionto precise targeting, the ART technology of United ImagingHealthcare ensures that the entire treatment process can becompleted within 15 minutes, which greatly enhances thepatient's cervical cancer treatment experience. At the same time, the medical team fully understands that tumor patients are asensitive group, and tries to reduce the pressure and burden ofpatients as much as possible during the treatment process. With the support of this innovative technology, patients have adeeper sense of medical care, which helps doctors and patientsto continuously improve their communication and interaction.

In 2023, a 40-year-old liver cancer patient was able to maintain anormal and healthy life after undergoing his fourth liver cancerintervention, making it impossible for outsiders to detect thetraces of his surgery. The patient's good condition is attributedto the continuous exploration by the team of the Departmentof Interventional Therapy of Zhongshan Hospital affiliated toFudan University, which innovated the TACE treatment throughtransradial artery access and shifted the puncture area from thethigh to the wrist, enabling the patient to even realize gettingout of bed and moving around immediately after the surgery. This technology serves as a medium to promote mutual trustbetween doctors and patients, and realizes the ultimate goalof 'prolonging patients' survival time and improving patients'quality of life'.

The SuperFlex Coil reshapes the comfort and flexibility ofMRI examinations. In magnetic resonance imaging systems, the design and material selection of coils play a crucial role inboth patient experience and examination quality. Traditionalcoils often use rigid plastic materials, which are heavy andpoorly conform to the human body, resulting in reduced patientcomfort. To further enhance the comfort of MRI examinationsfor patients, we actively optimize the design of MRI coils andintroduce the SuperFlex Coil. This innovative coil enhances

flexibility and lightness, breaking through traditional positioningconstraints. It allows for flexible folding and adaptationaccording to patient body types and scanning requirements. For example, for patients unable to maintain a supine positionfor an extended period, lateral positioning can be utilized forlumbar spine scanning. Additionally, complex functional MRIexaminations can be conducted for sports injuries, furtherimproving the comfort and flexibility of MRI examinations.

Green Transformation,Adhering to CarbonReductionOur dedication to building a green enterprise and strengthening climate-relatedactions is the driving force for our sustainable development. We continue to upgradeour environmental management system, introduce a green and energy-savingproduction and operation model, and pay attention to global climate changes. While driving our own green transformation and high-quality development, we alsopromote the ecological progress.

Focus on EnvironmentalManagement

An effective environmental management ensures the implementation of environmentalprotection. We have established a well-organized environmental management system, which enhances our level of environmental protection, and can identify, evaluate andmanage potential environmental risks in a timely manner to mitigate the negative impactof our operations on the environment. These moves reveal our commitments andresponsibility for environmental protection to the public.Adhering to the Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and otherlaws and regulations, as well as the provisions of regulatory agencies, we have formulatedthe Pollution Control Procedures to specify the management and control requirementsto prevent contamination of working environment, personnel or products. We activelyperform our environmental duties, reinforce the environmental management system, andimprove relevant working mechanism.

To operate in an eco-friendly manner, we have established a management structure withclear division of responsibilities. The senior leaders of the Group review and approve majorenvironmental protection decisions, QM EHS develops pro-environmental policies andmonitors their implementation, EHS engineers carry out specific tasks, and the responsiblepersons of the Administration Department and related departments implementrequirements on environmental protection. Personnel at all levels work together to achieveefficient management of work related to pro-environmental operations. In terms ofworking mechanisms, we conduct real-time monitoring and assessment of environmentalimpacts and set up an emergency response mechanism to ensure timely control anddisposal of environment-related incidents. During the reporting period, both our ShanghaiProduction Factory and Wuhan Manufacturing Facility were certified with ISO 14001environmental management system.

PracticeEco-friendlyOperationUnited Imaging Healthcare always lays emphasis on greenproduction and development, and conducts compliant disposalof wastewater, waste gas, as well as non-hazardous andhazardous wastes. We introduce diversified energy-saving andcost-reducing measures, efficiently utilize water resources, andstrengthen noise management to contribute to the low-carbonsustainable business.

Emissions ManagementWe strictly adhere to the Law of the People’s Republic of Chinaon the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, the WaterPollution Prevention and Control Law of the People’s Republic ofChina, the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Preventionand Control of Environment Pollution Caused by Solid Wastes, theLaw of the People’s Republic of China on Environmental ImpactAssessment, and other laws and regulations. The PollutantManagement Policy, the Hazardous Waste Management Policy, the Radiation Safety Management Policy, the General IndustrialSolid Waste Management Policy, and other internal policieshave been established and updated in a timely manner bythe Group. We have also stringently implemented the “threesimultaneity” requirement for each project, and regulated themanagement of greenhouse gas (GHG), wastewater, waste gasand other non-hazardous and hazardous wastes to diminish thenegative impact on the environment caused by emissions fromproduction and operation. In terms of GHG management, we have developed a carbonneutrality plan based on “dual carbon” strategic goals and ouroperations, raw materials and transportation. At the same

time, we have set aggressive targets for reducing greenhousegas emissions. Using 2023 as the baseline, by 2035, we aim toreduce the carbon emission intensity of Scope 1 and Scope2 by 50%.Additionally, we have implemented various carbonreduction measures, for our own operations, we configureadvanced energy conservation equipment to improve theefficiency of energy and resource, and gradually use renewableenergy sources. With regard to raw materials, we will adopt lowcarbon materials and take a part in advocacy organizations toexplore carbon reduction in materials under joint endeavor. For transportation, transport mode and logistics efficiencywill be optimized to promote carbon reduction. In order tofurther enhance the management of greenhouse gas emissionreduction, we will start the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project)work in 2024 and will continue to implement emission reductionactions in conjunction with carbon neutral routes in the future. In terms of wastewater management, we strictly abide by therules of wastewater treatment and discharge standards andentrust third-party agencies with professional qualificationsto dispose of high-concentration production wastewater. The Wuhan Manufacturing Facilityrecycles wastewater for secondary use by process based onboth wastewater treatment system and pure water system, thusachieving zero discharge of production wastewater. In terms of waste gas management, particulate matters andnon-methane hydrocarbon generated from production arepurified and treated before being discharged through theexhaust funnels. In order to meet the waste gas emissionstandards, we use UV photolysis and filtration methods (e.g., bagdust removal technology to deal with welding fume and otherparticles) and activated carbon to adsorb organic waste gases, and conduct regular inspection and maintenance of filtrationequipment. Third-party agencies are engaged to monitorwaste gas emissions to ensure that all indicators comply withthe emission standards of the locations where we operate. Inaddition, we regularly carry out specialized training programs toraise the environmental awareness of our staff and strengthentheir skills in waste gas treatment. In terms of waste management, we classify hazardous and non-hazardous wastes based on unified standards and develop

corresponding treatment measures. We standardize thecollection, storage and recycling of non-hazardous wastes bycategory in accordance with the General Solid Waste ManagementPolicy, and hire third-party professional agencies to dispose ofnon-hazardous wastes as per environmental requirements. Thedisposal processes of wastes are strictly monitored to ensureaccurate classification and compliant treatment. Hazardouswastes mainly comprise medical wastes, dangerous wastes andindustrial wastes generated during the production process, aswell as UPS batteries and fluorescent tubes for daily operations. To ensure safe and compliant treatment of hazardous waste,we have established clear classification criteria and set up thefire-, water-, explosion- and leak-proof hazardous waste storagewarehouses that meet environmental standards. Besides, wemake timely updates of the identification signs and hazardouswaste labels at hazardous waste storage sites in accordance with

the Standard for Pollution Control on Hazardous Waste Storage (GB18597-2023), the Technical Specification for Setting IdentificationSigns of Hazardous Waste (HJ1276-2022), and the Graphical Signsfor Environmental Protection - Solid Waste Storage (Disposal) Site(GB 15562.2-1995).
